Yes. We sign an NDA at the start of every engagement and work within whatever confidentiality policy your company already has in place. Discretion isn't something we offer. It's how we operate as a default.
That's expected, not an exception. You can move between plans at any time with 15 business days' notice, giving us time to reorganise and make sure you're fully covered through the transition. The first couple of months include a structured check-in to confirm the plan you started with is still the right one. After that, it's month-to-month.
